with Active List Serv
NJ 2-1-1 ProNet Connects Human Service Professionals 
Formerly known as the First Call Forum, NJ 2-1-1 ProNet is an e-mail list serv designed to foster communication between health and human service professionals in New Jersey. Any provider of human services in the state is welcome to become an active member of the list serv. Once you've registered you will have a free and easy channel of communication that will offer easy access to other ProNet members.
How it Works - The Simplicity of NJ 2-1-1 ProNet is Deliberate
Our only goal is to provide human service professionals with an easy way to communicate with one another. We want you to feel free to ask other professionals for help if you have a client need that you can't fulfill. With ProNet, someone working with a client who has a special need can send one e-mail to communicate that need, and everyone registered on the list serv will receive the information. Anyone who thinks they can help may respond to the inquiry. It is that easy.
In addition, this list serv can be used to share important agency announcements, seek or offer donations, and announce job openings.The only thing that we ask is that client names and any details that could positively identify a client in any specific community be omitted from the communication so that the privacy of all clients is protected.
The list serv is moderated by NJ 2-1-1 staff for clarity and to avoid requests for services that can be met by existing agencies and programs. All that is needed to join the list serv is an e-mail address. If you find that the list serv is not what you expected, you can easily unsubscribe and your name will be removed from the e-mail distribution list.

Need Help? – Dial 2-1-1
You are encouraged to dial “2-1-1” 24 hours a day, seven days a week if you need help in understanding and finding available assistance services. Language translation and TTY services are offered to any caller. You can also search our database for services in your local community or Chat Live with an experienced community resource specialist. 2-1-1 will help identify with you the best local resources to fit your individual needs during times of distress or for life’s everyday situations.
