California Wild Fires Assistance

The information found on this webpage is for those individuals and families in communities all across California who were impacted by the Wild Fires. 

FEMA Information 

 Residents in Butte, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Sonoma, Orange, Nevada and Yuba counties can currently apply for assistance online or by calling 1-800-621-3362. We also approved fire grants for 10 fires to help cover the costs of emergency work. Click here for more updates. 

FEMA offers Individual Assistance (IA) after a disaster to help you begin your recovery. Look at the steps and options available. 

Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) are open to provide residents impacted by the California wildfires with local, state, and federal disaster resources. 

Housing/Shelter Assistance

FEMA, Cal OES and partner agencies are working together to review all available housing options to meet the temporary/short-term and permanent/long-term housing needs of those affected by the wildfires. Survivors can apply for housing assistance online or by phone at                1-800-621-3362.
