Can't Dial 2-1-1?
Currently 2-1-1 is accessible for callers with T-Mobile, Cingular / AT&T and Sprint/Nextel (Embarq) and Verizon cell phone service.
We are working with other cell phone service providers to program access to 2-1-1 and hope to have it completed by the end of the year. AT&T mobile phone users experiencing a problem are encouraged to call the AT&T National Compliance Center at 800-635-6840. They will issue an immediate trouble ticket to repair the routing. When calling the NCC make sure you have your AT&T ten-digit mobile number, the location the call was made from and the time and date of the call handy.
