Getting Listed Will Help Those in Need Find You
The NJ 2-1-1 Resource Database includes health and human services, government assistance programs and local community resources located in New Jersey. If your organization satisfies our inclusion standards, please submit your data.
Agencies Already Listed in the NJ 2-1-1 Database
Our new Providor Portal now enables you to update your existing listing online.
If you already have an Agency Sign-In ID you can update your listing as often as is needed by going to the Provider Portal to sign in.
If you do not have an Agency Sign-in ID, you will need to request one the first time you enter the Provider Portal. When we receive this request, our data content manager will send you an electronic copy of all your agency programs and services currently listed in the database and your agency log-in infomation. The Provider Portal allows access to:
- Forms that contain existing information on your agency and services. You will be able to update the information listed and submit it to our editors for final review. If approved, the revised listing will be updated on our site and viewable to the general public.
- E-mails that have been submitted by online users who have questions or comments about your services
- Reports that will convey how many times your service is included in searches; how often users drill-down for more details about the services your agency provides; and how frequently users have chosen to save your programs to their Resource List

search the database of services in your local community or Chat Live with an experienced community resource specialist. 2-1-1 will help identify with you the best local resources to fit your individual needs during times of financial distress or for life’s everyday situations.
