NJ 2-1-1 Provider Portal Gives Participating Agencies
Long-Awaited Tools and Resources
The NJ 2-1-1 Resource Database now holds vital information on over 6,500 agencies and provides details on close to 14,000 health and human services, government assistance programs and community resources located in New Jersey. If your organization satisfies our inclusion standards, you will want to be listed. Each day this is where New Jersey citizens turn to find reliable solutions to the problems they face. Let them know about the services your agency provides. Submit your agency information.
Our Provider Portal is recently enhanced to enable you to submit all of your agency data online and easily update it as often as needed. The next feature we'll be adding will equip registered agencies to build customized directories of the resources that are listed in the NJ 2-1-1 resource database.

You are encouraged to dial “2-1-1” 24 hours a day, seven days a week if you need help in understanding and finding available assistance services. Language translation and TTY services are offered to any caller. You can also
search the database of services in your local community or Chat Live with an experienced community resource specialist. 2-1-1 will help identify with you the best local resources to fit your individual needs during times of financial distress or for life’s everyday situations.
