Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

Agency: Community Hope - Hope for Veterans
Service Description:

Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) Program is a homeless prevention and rapid re-housing program which provides assistance to veterans and their families, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to maintain their housing, or to rapidly re-house those who have recently become homeless.
