Service Description:

Provides subsidized housing facilities for low-income senior citizens and/or disabled adults in Atlantic City. Support services include one hot meal per day and housekeeping.


Rent is based on 30% of income. Fee for support services is based on income and subsidized by the state.


Eligible applicants include low income Atlantic City residents who are either:

- Adults, 62 years or older, OR
- Frail adults, OR
- Individuals with a disability who require support services.

Applicants must meet established income criteria.

Application Instructions:

Waiting list is currently closed. Please visit the website for details on the next open application period. Only during these open application periods can residents apply to be on the waiting list. If accepted, applicants may stay on the waiting list for several years before being placed into housing.
