A residential program for individuals with disabilities that is comprised of shared homes and apartments supervised by trained staff, 24 hours a day. Residents and staff work together to maintain a comfortable, safe, and healthy home environment while living independently as possible and maintaining contact with family and friends. Staff members provide residents with individualized training in the areas of self-help, independence and community living. The program also provides vocational training, day habilitation and day opportunities for employment, and training in 3 centers throughout the county.
The residential program has a total of 22 group homes and supervised apartments throughout the county, serving 100 adults with developmental disabilities.Fees:
A sliding scale fee system is available.Eligibility:
