Telephone and Online Resources provide seniors and caregivers in the United States the opportunity to instantly join a wide variety of educational programs and support groups with the use of their phone or computer. Programs include:

- Caregivers' Connections: Offers group discussions over the phone for family caregivers, led by eldercare professionals. Participants speak on the phone in interactive, 50-minute sessions with eldercare professionals and others in the same situation.
- To Your Health: Educates seniors on health concerns through the help of health care professionals. Participants also can connect with their peers for support on health realted matters.
- University Without Walls: Offers an array of over-the-phone or online courses to seniors, based upon interests such as art, history, current events, games, holidays, etc. There are also over-the-phone classes offered in Russian and English for those looking to learning more about English language skills, technology, literature, and citizenship exam preparation.

Fees:

First time sessions is free. No registration fee. All other courses are at low cost. Scholarships available. Call for more information.

Seniors and caregivers throughout the United States.
