The 2020 Census

People standing by the statement Be Counted ... because You Count!

2020 is the year of the U.S. Census count.  Will you count or will you be missing?
Be Counted…Because You Count!

The census is about all of us, and that means everyone - adults, children and infants!  When we don’t count each and every person, we lose representation in Congress and it impacts, for the next ten years, the federal funds in NJ for vital programs and services ending homelessness, providing utility assistance, SNAP benefits and healthcare for you and your family.

It’s Important to Complete a Census for all Properties, Including Seasonal Homes

If you live at multiple places throughout the year, count yourself at the address where
you live and sleep most of the time. If you split your time evenly between two or more
places, count yourself where you were staying on April 1, 2020. However, a census
response is required from each and every property. Read this informational flyer to learn more.
