Give Kids A Smile

Free Dental Care for Kids-in-Need Under the Age of 12

An annual program initiated by the American Dental Association in 2003 called Give Kids a Smile is scheduled for Friday, February 7, 2020 at locations in every county in New Jersey, providing needy children throughout the state with access to free dental care. Since the program began, thousands of children age 12 and under have received millions of dollars worth of free dental services at locations across the state. View the list of particpating locations.

Parents, guardians, school nurses and community leaders have taken advantage of this incredible opportunity each year to provide free dental care for children in need. The event also offers an opportunity to introduce children to dentistry via a positive, fun-filled day of learning about the importance of oral health.

For further information about this program visit the site, contact the New Jersey Dental Association at (732) 821-9400 or send an e-mail to gkas@njda.org.

You must call ahead to make an appointment for the child to be seen and all children must be accompanied by an adult. If you are unable to be seen on February 7, find free/low cost dental care in your area by using the New Jersey Dental Clinic Directory or search the NJ 2-1-1 resource database using the search bar at the top of this page. Use the search term "general dentistry".
